By joining as a member, we consider you a part of our family and promise to strive to provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed. We view our relationship with you as a long-term partnership in your health and fitness journey.

We intend for this practice to offer the best health and fitness care possible by leveraging state-of-the-art testing, compassionate care, and a team of professionals with unique academic training and real-world experience.

We believe it is important you feel adequate time and attention are dedicated to your health and fitness care, so we aim to create an environment in the office in which you do not feel rushed to describe your concerns and have an opportunity to clarify your desires and expectations. We focus keenly on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modification rather than quick fixes that fail to create lasting improvement. However, we believe there is a place for pharmaceuticals and other treatments and therapies in certain cases, and this is addressed on an individual basis with a long-term plan in mind.

Your membership includes unlimited direct messaging during business hours with your team via secure HIPAA-compliant text messaging, and video or phone calls can be scheduled as needed. Generally, our technology can be used to provide great care remotely at your convenience. As a member, you will also have access to a members-only calendar for scheduling in-person appointments, as needed. A determination of appropriate services and time will be made by a member of your team, and any additional costs associated with these services and time allocation will be discussed and agreed upon separately prior to any additional charge. We aim for transparency and will communicate any additional charges prior to additional services or time.

With our convenient scheduling system, you should never experience long wait times in the office to begin your scheduled appointment.

As a member, you have access to members-only services and tests. For example, bloodwork, comprehensive hormone testing, genetic testing, and access to monthly 3D scanning.

As a member, you receive member-only prices for in-lab tests and services. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to purchase products (e.g., exercise training programs, supplements) at significantly discounted member-only prices. Any additional charges for any test or service beyond the monthly membership charge will be discussed and agreed upon separately on an individual basis (either verbally or in writing).

As a member, you will also have a personal profile in our professional nutrition and biometric monitoring mobile application, a private patient profile in our electronic health record software, and a private profile in our HIPAA-compliant communication application. In addition, you will have access to members-only educational resources to assist you in your health and fitness journey including information related to exercise, nutrition, and health based on the latest scientific research.

Your membership includes access to our customized exercise programs developed by our Exercise Scientists along with access to hundreds of exercise technique videos. As a member, you are in the members-only group of the app with exclusive access to special programs, new releases, resources, and your own calendar. You can use the app to track your own custom workouts, or view your program developed by our team conveniently.

There are no co-pays or deductibles. With the elimination of filing insurance claims, there are also no hidden fees. In addition to this, we provide transparent pricing for any test and service beyond your monthly membership payment. We aim to carefully discuss the intention and value of any test or service to improve your health and fitness care plan.
