Our Coaches

  • Dr. Cody Haun

    Dr. Haun holds a PhD from Auburn University where his research focused on skeletal muscle physiology and nutritional strategies to optimize adaptation to training. Having successfully coached 100s of individuals over the past decade, his experience and research background position him to help you achieve tremendous results from detailed training plans and advanced nutritional strategies. Dr. Haun is also an Accredited Sports Nutritionist through the Sports Nutrition Association and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

  • Dr. Caroline Brantley

    Dr. Brantley holds a PhD from the University of Alabama in Human Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. With years of coaching and professional experience in dietetics, along with a decorated CrossFit competition career, working with Dr. Brantley provides an extraordinary opportunity to work 1-on-1 with a PhD in Nutrition that personally understands the importance of fueling elite athletic performance and wellness.

  • Dr. Daniel Lawson

    Originally from Wisconsin, Daniel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 2016 from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, followed by an internship at Athletic Evolution Nike SPARQ Training Center in Massachusetts. Daniel founded Infinite Adaptation LLC and later joined Fitomics as an Exercise Scientist. Pursuing further education, Daniel completed a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning at Lagrange College, GA, focusing on metabolic responses in exercise for his thesis. A committed powerlifter and coach, Daniel competed in the USAPL Raw Nationals and achieved significant weight class transitions. His military career began in 2019 with the National Guard, leading to a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant. Concurrently, Daniel is pursuing a Ph.D. at Oklahoma State University, having recently graduated from the Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course. At Fitomics, Daniel continues his passion for fitness and health, offering consultations and contributing to the Fitomics Letter from the Lab.

  • Dr. Casey Metoyer

    Casey Metoyer joined the Notre Dame Sports Performance team as a Sports Performance Associate, facilitating sport science and research needs for the department of athletics. He graduated with his Doctor of Philosophy in the field of Kinesiology at The University of Alabama, with a research emphasis on body composition and its relationship to performance, while working as a strength and conditioning coach for Alabama Gymnastics.

    Dr. Metoyer has trained athletes across all levels of competition as well as through multiple disciplines and competitive programs. He brings 15+ years of expertise in functional fitness, Olympic weightlifting, and energy system development to the program.

    Dr. Metoyer is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) via the CSCCA as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) via the NSCA.

  • Step 1: Submit the Application

    Complete a brief application, which inquires about your fitness and nutrition objectives and past experiences. The form has roughly 20 questions.

  • Step 2: Coach Assignment

    The Fitomics coaching panel will evaluate your application to pair you with an ideal coach, or coaches, who best align with your aspirations. If spaces are full, you will be notified and added to a waitlist to be notified when spaces open.

  • Step 3: Initial Coach Outreach

    Your assigned coach will reach out to you swiftly to address any queries, wrap up the sign-up steps, and commence your personalized program.

Monthly Option:

$299 per month, billed month-to-month

Annual Option:

$2549 (paid upfront, save over $1000)

When you submit your application, we'll align you with an ideal coach, or collaborating coaches, who resonate with your specific goals with the intent to maximize your progress.

Check-In Frequency:

The cadence of check-ins is collaboratively decided by the coach and client, with a general recommendation for clients to check in as often as they need.

Communication Channels:

While email, shared documents, and other digital applications are the primary modes of communication, clients desiring more comprehensive discussions can also opt for phone or video calls to ensure clarity and more in-depth conversation.

    Nutrition Coaching Only: $229/month (includes 1 monthly 1-on-1 video or phone call session and monthly nutrition planning)

    You are not liable for payment until after you decide the best option collaboratively with your coach during your initial call. If it is determined we’re a good fit, we can sign you up on the call or you will be sent a sign up link to place your preferred payment method on file and get started. Once your payment is processed, payments are not refundable. With the monthly option, you may cancel with 30 days notice prior to your next renewal. You should never be charged anything extra beyond your agreement without your direct consent.
